Faecal suspensions of chacma baboons were vortexed (1500 rpm, 10 min) in a TT-2500-VM Multi-Tube Vortex Mixer (Hercuvan Lab Systems) in a research to determine correlation of faecal and urinary glucocorticoid concentrations in chacma baboons (Papio ursinus).
