The concentrations of genomic DNA were determined using ND-3800-OD Nano DOT Microspectrophotometer by a research group from Iran in the study to develop a multiplex touchdown PCR for rapid and simultaneous detection of four major foodborne pathogens to avoid mispriming and unwanted production during gene amplification.
