The purity and concentration of DNA were determined using the ND-3800 NANO DOT Microspectrophotometer (Hercuvan Cat No: NS-3800) by research group from Iran in a research associated with in vitro spermatogenesis by three-dimensional culture of spermatogonial stem cells on decellularized testicular matrix.
