The traditional PCR machine (Hercuvan) was programmed as followed: initial denaturation at 95 °C for 5 min followed by 40 cycles of 95 °C for 30 s; annealing at 55°C for 30s, and extension at 72 °C for 60s and a final extension at 72 °C for 10-min. The research was conducted by a group of researchers from Iraq involved in the research of conventional and molecular diagnosis of Theileriosis (Theileria annulata) in Cattle in Sulaimani Province, Northern Iraq.
